DescriptionPorcelain saucer with wide blue enamelled band border with gild grapevine; secondary blue beaded border; enamelled psuedo arms of New York State appear twice on tea bowl and at center of plate, figures of the Statue of Liberty and justice flanking shield with scrolled border standing on banner with motto surmounted by an eagle. With matching tea bowl.
