DescriptionPorcelain cup and saucer with shaped rim; both forms have blue enamelled border with gilt stars and secondary border of blue dots in a wavy line; saucer also gilt with spearhead and interwing vine; both forms enamelled with psuedo arms of New York State, figures of liberty and justice flanking shield with scrolled border surmounted by an eagle.
