DescriptionMolded pearlware soup plate with blue transfer printed decoration depicting three cows in foreground, overlooking river with boats and city of Albany beyond; the soup plate has a shell border with a circular center.
Markingsprinted: on back: American eagle and shield with "E PLURIBUS UNUM" on banner above and "CITY OF ALBANY/ STATE OF NEW YORK" below impressed: on the back: "L", as is the maker's mark which is circular and says "E. WOOD & SONS BURSLEM WARRRANTED" and "SEMI CHINA". There is an eagle depicted at the center of the stamp.
