DescriptionSilver ladle with down-turned rounded handle, engraved "WP" in bright-cut script; circular scalloped and fluted shell bowl has tapered drop at reverse; hallmarks stamped on the underside of the handle.
Markingsstamped: on the underside of the handle: gothic "S" in a cartouche surround, lion passant in cartouche surround, crowned leopard's head in rectangular surround, and [?] engraved: on the handle: "WP" in script
