DescriptionBrown stained/lacquered wood handle, tapers to end, curves in at ferrule. Seamed, cylindrical metal ferrule. White bristles.

MarkingsStamped "ROWNEY DILLON & ROWNEY" on handle. Base of ferrule has two rows of "III" pattern.
