Reverse contains inscription: "MINISTER/TO ENGLAND/VICE PRESIDENT/TWO TERMS/CREATED U.S. NAVY ON/ACCOUNT OF EUROPEAN/WAR CLOUD/FIRST PRESIDENT TO/OCCUPY WHITE/HOUSE"; legend: "SON OF LIBERTY/COLOSSUS OF INDEPENDENCE."
