DescriptionThis white cardboard box has a paper label printed in orange and contains a metal medicine bottle lid. The top has a print in orange of a bottle with a lid with a numerical scale and a spoon clipped to it and reads "Dr. Wilson's Dose Indicator Tumbler Cover and Spoon Holder/ Edward Storm Spring Co." Inside is a metal cap scored and graduated into twelve increments with an adjustable pointer arrow with a clip on it. It is embossed "Dr.Wilson's Dose Indicator And Tumbler Cover/ Patented Dec. 27. 1887". Inside the bottom of the box reads "Dr. Wilson's Dose Indicator Tumbler/ A complete, useful and handy article for the sick room or hospital..." and explains how to set the dial each time the medicine is taken to indicate the time of the next dose.
