This gavel was used by the donor, Dr. Frederic Griffith, when he was master of the St. Paul's Masonic Lodge No. 481.
DescriptionWooden gaven with silver inscribed band around center of head; the head and handle are turned; the bottom of the handle is slightly wider than the neck and tapers down to a small rounded tip.
Markingsengraved: across center of silver band, on head: "ST PAUL'S LODGE / No 481 F & A.M."
