Description(a) Blue and cream ribbons, each embroidered "U.S.S. LEVY" in gold floss outlined in red and blue chain stitch respectively, and tied into bow at top with orange-red ribbon; found with (bc) two black plumes of feathers, possibly ostrich; (b) plume consists of six feathers stitched together with brown thread along the shaft and has black knitted sheath at the quill.
