This cart was probably made by Harry Colvin Wolven (1898-1980), a carpenter living in Woodstock, New York, in 1930.
DescriptionWooden peddler's cart painted green, yellow, red, and white and with black painted inscriptions; miniature goods include metal cookware, treenware, ceramic tableware, and textiles; pair of brown painted carved wooden horses with horse hair manes and tails, wearing leather harnesses, bridles, and collars.
