Maria Winthrop Robinson

Maria Antoinette Winthrop was the daughter of Thomas Charles Winthrop and Georgiana (Kane) Winthrop. Her father was a descendent of John Winthrop, the first governor of Massachusetts and the brother of Grenville L. and Beekman Winthrop. She was the sister of, Grenville and Robert Winthrop. Miss Winthrop married Henry Barclay Robinson of, New York. The couple had three children: Georgiana W. Robinson, Harriet Duer Robinson, and Gerturde B. Robinson.
