Margaret Atherton Beeckman, the third daughter of Gilbert Livingston Beeckman and Margaret Atherton (Foster) Beeckman, was born in New York City. She married Campbell Steward (ca. 1852-1936), a New York stockbroker, on January 28, 1885.
