Reverse shows monument labeled "BATTLE MONUMENT"; legend: "ERECTED BY THE CITY OF BALTIMORE / IN MEMORY OF HER BRAVE DEFENDERS/ WHO FELL AT NORTH POINT & FORT MCHENRY". Hole punched at top.
