Reverse contains image of American eagle perched upon crossed laurel and oak branches, with the Capitol building in background; inscription in exergue: "INAUGURATED/PRESIDENT . OF . THE/UNITED . STATES/MAR.4. 1913/SECOND TERM/MAR.5. 1917."
