DescriptionBronze struck medal with obverse showing nude bust of Lincoln facing right with legend: "ABRAHAM LINCOLN", all within beaded border. Reverse shows ornate banded wreath of oak and laurel surrounding inscription: "INAUGURATED/PRESIDENT/OF THE/UNITED STATES/MARCH 4. 1861./SECOND TERM/MARCH 4. 1865./ASSASSINATED/APRIL 14. 1865."
