DescriptionRepublican Worker for Mayor Seth Low Captain's Badge; ornate cream cellulosic plastic badge in gold frame, inscribed in blue: "CAPTAIN"; sewn onto upper edge of blue silk ribbon with imprinted inscriptions in gold: "REBUPLICAN / WORKER / FOR / MAYOR / SETH LOW / 1903"; circular cellulosic plastic button with photographic portrait of Seth Low, inscribed: "FOR / MAYOR / SETH LOW," is attached at center of ribbon by three metal clips. Circular paper label with manufacturer's name applied at back of ribbon.
