Léontine C. Sauer was the daughter of Emile and Léontine (Marié) Sauer and the niece of the donor. She married Frederick Edward Susé (ca. 1851-1919), a foreign exchange broker, on October 31, 1883. Mr. and Mrs. Susé resided with their two daughters at 745 Madison Ave.
