DescriptionCast Sheffield plate candelabra; cast square base with four cast, applied foliate scroll and shell feet at the corners; base raised in the center to a square platform with four cast, applied leaves; circular pedestal in the center of the base with applied, cast leaves around the edge; cast, tapered, fluted shaft a cast, circular baluster pedestal with four cast, applied foliate scrolls; plain flared socket applied to the pedestal; cast, lobed, baluster arm support fitted into the socket with a scalloped, circular foliate ring around the cylindrical bezel; lobed knop in the center of the baluster support has four rectangular sockets to hold the four arms; foliate s-scroll arms with scroll motifs in the centers and at the candle ends; circular, flared sockets applied to the ends of the arms with cast, scalloped drip pans with foliate rims applied above; baluster pedestals applied to the drip pans support tapered circular sockets fitted with removable circular bobeches with foliate rims; tapered socket applied to the top of the central baluster arm support; cast dome with an applied cast foliate edge and a cast flame finial fitted into the socket; no maker's marks.ClassificationsSILVER
