DescriptionBlue silk flag printed with the State seal of New York; shield with an image of the sun rising over mountains and a river with two boats on it, on either side of the shield are personifcations of Liberty holding a staff topped with a liberty cap and Justice blindfolded holding the scales in one hand and a sword in the other, above the shield is a spread eagle surmounting a globe and below is a banner inscribed, "EXCELSIOR"; stapled to a black painted flagstaff with a conical gold finial.ClassificationsTEXTILES
