DescriptionEcru linen baby bonnet with cambric and handmade linen bobbin lace, made in two panels; panel at back of head is round and surrounded by second panel, which goes over the head from ear to ear; panels have alternating bands of hand embroidered whitework on cambric and lace; one band, wider over the top of head, is cambric with six rows of tucks; outer edges are trimmed with ruffled bobbin lace with scalloped beaded edges; two fabric tape ties are threaded through casing along neck edge to cinch bonnet.
