Reverse shows transplanted grapevines of the State Seal supported by three vertical columns inscribed, from left to right: "RELIGION, "LAW," and "EDUCATION," with motto below on scroll: "QUI TRANSTULIT SUSTINET"; legend: "THREE CENTURIES OF SELF-GOVERNMENT BASED ON CONSTITUTIONAL LIBERTY."
