Description: Cup with interlacing reeded strap handles and cover with berry knop; border decoration of wide blue enamel band with gold stars bonded by blue dots and a band of gold spearheads; other decoration consists of blue enamel gilded floral swags and a shield with a blue enamel gold starred border, with ribbons and a leafy swag, initials on shield.
