Second register depicts vignette of factory; "1776" and "DESIGNED BY / H / TOPHAM" inscribed in and around framing strapwork. Cartouche reads: "PACIFIC MILLS, / LAWRENCE / MASS. / TREASURER, / J.W. EDMANDS / AGENT / JOHN FALLON. / SELLING AGENTS, / JAMES L. LITTLE & Co. BOSTON / NY. & PHILA."
