Description: Insignia badge for the Colonial Daughters of the 17th Century. Striped red and white silk grosgrain ribbon with 42 bars inscribed with ancestral names; enameled gold badge suspended beneath; depicts gold spinning wheel at center against dark blue background with dates "1607./1699." and inscription in gold around white circular band: "COLONIAL DAUGHTERS OF THE 17TH CENTURY"; rays of light with flowers around; crown with two flags above.
