Helen Roosevelt Robinson

Helen Rebecca Roosevelt was the daughter of James R. Roosevelt (1854-1927) half-brother of Franklin Delano Roosevelt, and his first wife Helen (Astor) Roosevelt (d. 1894). Miss Roosevelt married Theodore Douglas Robinson (d. 1934), asistant secretary of the Navy during the Calvin Coolidge administration. The couple had four children: Douglas Robinson, Mrs. George W. Cutting, Mrs. Elizabeth de Sibour, and Mrs Dean Sage.
