Elizabeth Biddle Carter

Elizabeth ("Betsy") Biddle Carter (1866 – 1947) was the daughter of Samuel and Katherine Townsend (Harned) Biddle. She had two younger sisters and spent her childhood living in Arch Street, Philly. In 1890, she married Samuel R. Carter, (b. 1863) and they had one child, Katherine Biddle carter (b. 1896). The family resided in Ardmore, PA.
