Mary Handy PotterAmerican, 1865 – 1952

"May" Handy of Richmond, Virginia, was the daughter of Captain Edward Handy. On September 28, 1904, she became the second wife of James Brown Potter (1853-1922) of New York. Mrs. Potter was said to be the most beautiful woman in Virginia. Mr. Potter's first wife was Cora Urquhart. James and May Potter had no children.
