Randolfe "Randy" Wicker is a LGBTQ rights activist who was involved with the New York City chapter of the Mattachine Society in the late 1950s before starting his own organization, the Homosexual League of New York City, in 1967. He was later a member of the Gay Activists Alliance. From 1967 to 1971, he owned Underground Uplift Unlimited, a head shop and pin-back button company located at 28 St. Mark's Place.
