Reverse depicts symbol of Holy Spirit -- dove -- emerging from cloud in glory; two hands emerging from clouds beneath, holding initials "PT"; inscription below:"OCT. 1768 5TH/MARY-FERRIS TABER/OF THROG'S NECK/N.Y./MEMENTO FROM/I.F.W."
