Description"Games of Jerome Park Steeple Chase, Balky Horse and Pool" board games in a paper covered wood and cardboard box that resembles a book (folds open) with "Balky Horse" and "Pool" on the interior and "Jerome Park Steeple Chase" on the exterior; one side of the interior with a circular board numbered 1 through 10 with horses heads in the corner and on the other side two sets of cards in two rows representing the numbers 1 through 10; exterior of the box chromolithographed with an oval race track with numbers around the edges an traps at six intervals, image of three men on horseback at the bottom of the oval, men jumping traps in medallions in the corners and the directions lithographed in the center of the track; playing pieces include a paper instruction booklet, a five piece wooden spinner with wooden arrow and three chromolithographed jockey and horse playing pieces in wooden stands in a paper covered cardboard box with an image of the front of a stable labeled, "JEROME PARK/ STABLES".
