DescriptionThis is a view from one of the upper floors of 67 West 52nd Street, the brownstone residence of George Stevens Schermerhorn Jr., a brother of the artist. The Schermerhorn brownstone was located just east of Sixth Avenue. The brownstone at the left, on the south side of the street, is 66 West 52nd Street.
