DescriptionLeaded glass and bronze Peony table lampshade; 22-inch diameter globe-shaped shade depicting red peonies against a gold background in three repeats; blossoms and buds rendered in dark pink and light red streaked with grayish-white, with yellow-green centers; stems and leaves range from pale bluish-green to deep pea-green with yellow mottling; background glass golden yellow with orange mottling and some green striations or dots; three rectilinear rows light green with orange mottles. Shown on pierced bronze table lamp base (N84.87.2), with cap (N84.87.3).
Markingsstamped: on metal tag inside shade: "TIFFANY STUDIOS NEW YORK 1509"
