DescriptionDress hat with blue wool crown with flat, circular top, red ribbon band edged with gold metallic cloth tape, and black patent leather visor with oak leaf sprays embroidered in heavy, gold metallic thread; embroidered shield-breasted eagle insignia on front of hat; chin strap of gold metallic cloth tape with leather backing secured at either side by a button embossed with insignia similar to type embroidered on front.
