DescriptionLeaded glass and bronze Poppy lampshade; 20-inch diameter cone-shaped shade with poppy blossoms rendered in mottled orange, buds in greenish-red, and leaves in light and dark green; veining of leaves depicted with metal filigree applied to back of shade, and seed pods depicted with metal filigree on surface; orange background glass. Shown on bronze Water Lily table lamp base with flat circular platform (N84.56.2), with cap (N84.56.3).
Markingsstamped on metal tag inside shade: "TIFFANY STUDIOS NEW YORK 1531" stamped on underside of base: "TIFFANY STUDIOS / NEW YORK / 443"
