DescriptionCopperplate-printed silk kerchief with a facimile of the Declaration of Independence, with portraits of George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, and John Adams and the seals of the original 13 states; spread eagles in the lower corners and garlanded stars in the upper; laurel garland border; black ink printed on a yellow ground.
