DescriptionDark blue wool officer's dress cape with dark blue velvet closed double collar (1 hook and eye), with Turk's knot frog closure near the collar, lined with dark blue wool, with horizontal slit pocket at the inside left breast; when unfolded, the cape is a full half-circle.
